In this course, you'll learn reasons why this skill is still very important in modern times.  You'll learn how to do

• fermenting,
• drying,
• labeling and storage

If you're new to seedsaving, this little course has plenty to get you started.  

If you've already been saving seeds for a while, the course includes several "Advanced level" videos which can deepen and enrich your practice.
