    About this course

    This course will help you develop better relationships through active listening and effective questioning techniques. We also look at how body language plays a vital role in understanding how well we are communicating. Finally, we all need tact at difficult times so how do we best convey this especially if we are feeling under pressure ourselves. The course provides you with a logical structure, guidelines, tips and practical exercises to help you develop and hone your skills.

    The second section considers how to value personality styles to build rapport with those we believe different to ourselves so that we can empower others and work with everyone's strengths in mind.
