About this course

In this class you'll learn how to paint a fun and easy watercolor hot air balloon! Perfect for a birthday invitation or card, learn how to paint fun details with watercolor techniques such as wet-on-dry. The first video is a quick overview, followed by our standard "supplies needed" video. Then we'll take a look at laying out your basic shapes, putting down first layers of paint, and following up with the detail layer. Afterward, you can try to paint as many different hot air balloons as you can imagine! This is a great exercise in creativity, expanding your imagination and thinking outside of the box.
